Salary: $53,000 - $113,000

What you will do

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning activities for assigned business areas.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and performance summaries to identify business drivers and risks.
• Develop and improve financial models for cost analysis, investment review, and business decision support.
• Partner with Corporate Strategy and business leadership to align financial planning with company goals.
• Collaborate with Korean headquarters and global stakeholders to ensure cross-regional alignment.
• Monitor KPIs and cost trends to improve reporting accuracy and identify efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 1+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Korean-English bilingual proficiency (verbal and written) is required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Huntsville, AL.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, and financial modeling.
• Solid knowledge of financial statements and budgeting processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in a U.S. corporate finance or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, or other ERP reporting systems.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA certification.
