What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for members and providers regarding specialty pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, and navigation support.
• Coordinate medication fulfillment, patient assistance program enrollment, and resolve billing questions.
• Follow up with members post-medication receipt to ensure satisfaction and coordinate future refills.
• Resolve inquiries from HR departments, pharmacies, and providers regarding formulary coverage and medication costs.
• Support Clinical Pharmacists with appointment scheduling, medication adherence, and general administrative tasks.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and privacy standards.

Requirements

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role within a Specialty pharmacy, PBM, or managed care setting.
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit design terminology.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong empathy and communication skills for member-facing interactions.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
