Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Maintain Kubernetes-based platforms (EKS) and container workflows for application teams.
• Develop self-service tooling and paved paths to enable safe service deployment.
• Implement cloud security controls, including IAM, encryption, and network segmentation.
• Support compliance with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and DoD Impact Levels (IL4/IL5).
• Establish reliability practices including SLIs, SLOs, and incident response.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cloud platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Deep expertise with AWS core services (compute, networking, storage, IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and containerized environments.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar languages for automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS GovCloud or compliance-driven environments.
• Background in autonomy, robotics, or mission-critical platforms.
• Knowledge of device certificate management and PKI.
• Active or prior security clearance.
