What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for external customers, guiding them through setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing Python utility applications and tools.
• Own and create internal and external documentation, including integration guides and release notes.
• Debug and resolve software issues in real-world vehicle deployments.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to identify root causes and drive product improvements.
• Support customers with new payload and feature integration projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional technical experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and embedded environments.
• Knowledge of basic networking (IP, subnets, DNS, routing).
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).

Nice to have

• Experience in technical customer support.
• Familiarity with Linux (CLI, bash, SSH, SCP).
• Knowledge of data protocols: RS-485, RS-232, CAN, Ethernet.
• Experience integrating sensors (GPS, IMU, LiDAR).
