EngProd Engineer (DevOps)

What you will do

• Own and stabilize local development environments to ensure reproducibility across teams.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and test orchestration to reduce bottlenecks.
• Integrate and promote AI coding agents to enhance developer leverage and code quality.
• Build project scaffolding, templates, and golden-path workflows for the engineering organization.
• Track productivity metrics like DORA and code-quality signals to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline the path from local setup to production deployment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on developer productivity, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, Python, and Rust for building robust internal tools.
• Experience with CI/CD systems, containerization, and local development tooling like devcontainers or Docker.
• Strong understanding of test infrastructure, orchestration, and performance profiling.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in async or globally distributed teams.
