Senior SRE Engineer (AI)

Location: Singapore (Hybrid: minimum of three in-office days per week)

What you will do

• Ensure the reliability and performance of AI products at scale.
• Lead incident response and drive continuous reliability improvements.
• Build automation to reduce toil and enhance system resilience.
• Partner with product and engineering teams on reliability design.
• Improve observability and operational maturity across the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, Infra, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Proven experience in on-call rotation and incident management.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, or Java).
• Must be able to work on-site in Singapore at least three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting AI/ML or data-intensive platforms.
• Knowledge of SLO/SLA frameworks.
• Experience in fast-growing or global product environments.
• Exposure to multi-region systems.
