What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate and document business objectives and requirements.
• Perform data analysis and support the translation of business needs into functional specifications.
• Examine costs, benefits, and risks associated with proposed projects.
• Apply systems engineering methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist project leaders in coordinating the deployment of deliverables.
• Build rapport with partners to maintain a solid knowledge base of business needs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfer provided.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience in business analysis, engineering, or health-related fields.
• Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Effective communication skills for both correspondence and in-person interaction.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional travel.
