Campaign Lead (Remote Team Lead)

Location: Remote (Global). Must be available to work US hours.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a remote team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
• Manage team priorities, project timelines, and operational deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs, quality, and productivity to ensure consistent performance.
• Resolve operational challenges proactively and remove blockers.
• Improve workflows and SOPs to help the team scale efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership or team management experience.
• At least 3 years of project, operations, or account management experience.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and Go High Level.
• Experience leading remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work US hours.
