What you will do

• Provide strategic vision and architectural leadership for large Microsoft 365 modernization projects.
• Translate client requirements into architectural designs and influence deployment of key infrastructure components.
• Design, construct, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant infrastructure workloads.
• Plan and execute end-to-end implementations of Microsoft 365 infrastructure workloads.
• Maintain expertise in Microsoft 365 and related core technologies and advise customers on features and capabilities.
• Support presales activities by helping identify scope and solution fit for customer requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Eastern US remote.
• Hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions using Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in large complex environments, including hybrid and third-party migration experience.
• Subject matter expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and Teams Voice.
• Experience with Microsoft security stack components including Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, and DLP/Compliance Center (Litigation Hold, Retention, eDiscovery).
• Real-world experience managing and maintaining Active Directory and GPOs, including on-premises Active Directory migrations.
• US Citizenship (clearable): Federal Agency Clearance Requirements may require up to a 10-year background investigation.
