What you will do

• Consult, design, and configure SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
• Lead migrations of file shares and repositories to the Office 365 cloud environment.
• Develop and implement governance, security, and implementation strategies for Teams, OneDrive, and Groups.
• Interface with non-technical stakeholders to explain complex technical concepts and business workflows.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while proactively addressing client needs and technical challenges.
• Stay current with the latest Microsoft technology trends, including Copilot and VIVA suite.

Requirements

• US Citizenship (clearable) is required due to federal agency background investigation requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of comparable professional experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the Office 365 stack including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and management of Microsoft 365 modules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing consulting.
• Ability to travel as needed for project requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
• Background in modern intranet envisioning and implementation.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft VIVA suite.
• Previous experience in a technology consulting firm.
