What you will do

• Observe construction work for conformance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed daily reports, photographic documentation, and quantity records.
• Track submittals, RFIs, and changes while assisting with pay estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and designers to resolve field issues.
• Verify materials testing and certifications per project requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of construction inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain required certifications and pass qualification tests within specified time frames.
