What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive automotive partnership strategy aligned with company goals.
• Serve as the primary business interface for OEM partners and lead high-stakes negotiations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, and legal teams to execute contracts.
• Build and evolve strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders.
• Structure win-win partnership agreements and manage them throughout their lifecycle.
• Translate business and product requirements into actionable strategies for technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the automotive or relevant deep tech fields.
• Proven track record of leading OEM partnerships and bringing new products to market.
• Strong understanding of financial models, contract negotiations, and product strategy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills for breaking down complex technical and financial issues.
