Salary: $128,470.00 - $208,770.00

What you will do

• Lead a team of developers to deliver software for Cat Robotics.
• Gather requirements and scope deliverables for complex autonomy projects.
• Design system architectures for interfacing autonomy middleware with various applications.
• Manage I/O requirements for machine control hardware and other autonomy-related devices.
• Collaborate with partner teams to manage performance and align project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in C++.
• System Engineering experience within the automotive or heavy machinery industries.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects and meet timelines.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and engineering fundamentals.
