Requirements

• Proven experience as a Principal Architect or Staff Engineer in Backend.
• Expertise in Go, Kafka, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and Lambda Functions.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization.
• Experience in Fintech or Banking dealing with high volumes of data and traffic.

Nice to have

• English: Upper Intermediate / Advanced.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.
• Time zone alignment: 9 / 18 hs Miami EST.
