What you will do

• Analyze patent and product portfolios of key players in the energy and wind industry, including manufacturers and operators.
• Detect early industry trends and collaborate with strategists to align responses with business priorities.
• Participate proactively in concept and technology product developments.
• Prepare communication and detailed reports for stakeholders in Product Strategy, Sales, R&D, and IP departments.
• Lead IP creation and brainstorming activities to foster innovation.
• Identify potential intellectual property risks and develop effective mitigation measures.

Requirements

• M.Sc in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Physics, or a similar technical field.
• Expertise in Intellectual Property, Business Strategy, or Negotiation.
• More than 7 years of experience in R&D, innovation, and technical benchmarking.
• English proficiency level C1.
• Availability to travel as required.
