Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Focus on overseeing end-to-end Agile product delivery and producing detailed project analysis documentation.

What you will do

• Manage customer relationships and communication processes to keep stakeholders updated on project results.
• Define and establish requirements management processes and support the implementation of business solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end Agile product delivery, from sprint planning to release execution.
• Produce detailed project analysis documentation, including business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, and sequence diagrams.
• Handle report generation and management for the product.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Professional experience in fintech or capital markets domains.
• Strong grasp of bond trading, trade lifecycle, and OMS platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience with Jira and interacting with C-level stakeholders.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
