What you will do

• Lead continuous product discovery through market research, user interviews, and data analysis.
• Translate strategic direction into clear product requirements for onboarding, KYC/AML, and wallet systems.
• Maintain and prioritize a complex product roadmap aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept validation to delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure unified product outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management roles.
• Must have experience managing vendor integrations.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Experience in regulated Fintech or money movement products is a strong advantage.
