What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Cards product, encompassing virtual and physical card lifecycles.
• Lead the development of expense management capabilities to optimize company spending and reconciliation.
• Drive complex product integrations with card processors, issuing partners, payment networks, and internal platforms.
• Manage end-to-end product initiatives from customer need identification through delivery and launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Compliance, Risk, and Finance.
• Define success metrics and leverage data and experimentation to validate product hypotheses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering successful customer-facing products.
• Proven track record of leading complex product integrations with internal systems and external partners.
• Strong experience in defining product strategy and translating customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in working with APIs, third-party integrations, and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in Ukraine.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
