Location: Onsite in Phoenix, Arizona, United States; supporting classified operations.

Salary: $89,340–$175,210 USD annual salary

What you will do

• Protect classified information, facilities, technologies, and personnel.
• Support compliance with the National Industrial Security Program and related security requirements.
• Support personnel security, physical security, and security operations across classified programs.
• Inspect secure spaces and work across multiple buildings and locations.
• Collaborate with employees, government agencies, and internal business stakeholders.
• Build expertise through mentorship, cross-training, and exposure to multiple industrial security disciplines.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of combined experience in military, law enforcement, industrial security, corporate security, personnel security, physical security, hirify.globalligence, or security administration.
• Ability to walk between multiple buildings, transport materials weighing 25+ pounds, inspect secure spaces, climb ladders occasionally, and work in construction environments.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Experience with NISP, 32 CFR Part 117, DISS, NBIS, NISS, SIMS, or comparable security management systems.
• Experience supporting classified environments and interacting with U.S. Government customers.
• Customer service experience and experience working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
