What you will do

• Identify, research, and onboard new affiliates across various traffic sources.
• Manage partner portfolios as the primary point of contact for day-to-day support and engagement.
• Negotiate improved commission structures and deal terms to maximize profitability and traffic.
• Analyze performance data and KPIs to optimize deals and identify growth opportunities.
• Vet and monitor partners to ensure compliance and protect brand integrity.
• Stay current on trends in SEO, paid media, and search/AI algorithm shifts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in performance-based affiliate marketing or a data-driven digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with affiliate or SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or similar.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for professional interaction with teams and partners.
