What you will do

• Develop and execute regional marketing strategic plans for Korea, Greater China, Singapore, and Malaysia to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and business development leaders to translate technical needs into actionable marketing plans.
• Create and manage diverse marketing tactics, including blogs, webinars, podcasts, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Manage regional social media presence across platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Naver, Remember, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Analyze marketing data and conversion rates to inform insights and optimize regional campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and digital marketing managers to produce supportive tools and branding materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience within AEC or a professional services consulting environment.
• Professional working proficiency in Korean, English, and Mandarin (native or full professional fluency highly preferred).
• Strong experience in technical writing, marketing copywriting, and public relations (AP style preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage content for Asian-market social media platforms.
• Must be based in Seoul, Singapore, Malaysia, Auckland, Brisbane, or Sydney.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SEO best practices and marketing success metrics.
• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.
