What you will do

• Manage service renewals, maintenance agreements, and support contract renewals within agreed timescales.
• Coordinate customer deliveries, warehouse activities, and international logistics with suppliers and couriers.
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) cases and coordinate hardware replacements and warranty claims.
• Support import/export activities, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of serial numbers, hardware assets, and service entitlements.
• Act as a central coordination point between customers, vendors, and internal Sales, Finance, and Technical teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or service coordination role.
• Experience working within a cybersecurity, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or MSSP environment is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex data and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Basingstoke office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience managing support contract renewals.
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination.
• Understanding of service entitlements, licensing, or support agreements.
