What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects including RFx activity, commercial negotiations, and contract execution for consumer devices and services.
• Develop and shape category strategies for UK consumer devices aligned with business priorities.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through commercial, design, and process levers.
• Manage supplier performance and contractual obligations to drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI-powered spend analytics platforms to surface insights and support smarter decision-making.
• Partner with internal Customer Facing Units to ensure category plans deliver against key metrics.

Requirements

• Procurement experience with strong sourcing and category management skills.
• Expertise in consumer devices and/or IT hardware.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial value, cost savings, and performance improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex pricing models and total cost of ownership.
• Excellent contract negotiation skills and experience managing complex commercial agreements.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills for engaging at senior levels within a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Experience in services procurement (refurbishment, installation, logistics) within the UK market.
• MCIPS qualification or working towards CIPS accreditation.
• Experience with AI-powered procurement or spend analytics tools.
• Experience working within large, complex UK telecommunications environments.
