TL;DR
Global Mobility Operations Manager: Leading a team of relocation supervisors to ensure high-quality service delivery for corporate clients with an accent on operational excellence, SLA compliance, and financial performance. Location: Must be based in Dundalk, Ireland (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office).

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Relocation Supervisors to ensure high engagement and productivity.
- Oversee service delivery for a client portfolio, ensuring compliance with SLAs and contractual targets.
- Drive global consistency by partnering with peer Operations Managers across different regions.
- Lead escalations and issue resolution to protect service levels and improve operations.
- Act as a senior operational partner to clients, proactively identifying pain points and optimizing relationships.
- Manage P&L impact of operational decisions and champion technology-led process improvements.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Dundalk, Ireland.
- Proven experience managing other people-managers or team leaders.
- 3–5 years of operations management experience.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L understanding.
- Demonstrable track record of managing client relationships and meeting contractual SLAs.
- Awareness of GDPR obligations and data protection standards.
Nice to have
- Global mobility or RMC industry experience.
- Experience with new client implementations or program onboarding.
- Vendor or supplier management experience.
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
