What you will do

• Manage the full supplier intake and lifecycle process across enterprise procurement and MDM platforms.
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure data accuracy.
• Resolve complex supplier enrollment issues, including legal name changes and merger-related data integrity challenges.
• Ensure all vendor profiles, tax documentation, and banking details align with contractual terms and internal controls.
• Monitor and meet strict service level agreements for both urgent and standard procurement requests.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, and Procurement teams to maintain SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact across multiple organizational levels.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency in resolving operational blockers.
