What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize scalable indirect procurement processes and frameworks.
• Lead market analysis, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations for strategic agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, service-level agreements, data-security provisions, and other contractual terms.
• Establish supplier performance, compliance, risk, and governance metrics.
• Advise internal stakeholders and executive leadership on statements of work, specifications, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Use spend analysis and market trends to improve sourcing decisions and procurement processes.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build new procurement processes and create structure in evolving environments.
• Deep experience with indirect sourcing contracts, particularly professional services and technology agreements.
• Strong individual-contributor mindset with hands-on experience in data, contracts, and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical and spend-analysis skills for developing category strategies.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including confidence working with executive leadership.
• Awareness of market trends and technology-industry changes.
