What you will do

• Develop and drive multi-year sourcing strategies for key commodities including compute, storage, and memory products.
• Cultivate strong relationships with core suppliers to influence business models and technology roadmaps.
• Lead complex RFP/RFQ processes, contract negotiations, and finalize pricing and business awards.
• Create and maintain product specification requirements and manage key product lifecycles end-to-end.
• Drive hardware cost reductions through TCO analysis, should-cost modeling, and multi-sourcing strategies.
• Conduct competitive analyses on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical/strategic sourcing, commodity management, or component engineering.
• Deep technical understanding of hardware architectures, specifically semiconductors, memory, and storage.
• Proven track record in large-scale complex contract negotiations and supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in Campbell, CA.
