What you will do

• Lead the post-technical win account strategy and execution plan for strategic accounts.
• Act as the accountable technical leader for onboarding, enablement, and the successful go-live of Databricks workloads.
• Collaborate with sales, field engineering, and product teams to accelerate the adoption of the Lakehouse vision.
• Develop execution plans for user growth, product adoption, and cloud cost optimization.
• Manage executive and operational governance, reporting KPIs on usage and customer health to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within the Data and AI domain.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in the US (Central, Southeast, or West Coast) and able to travel up to 30%.
