What you will do
- Manage WebEval and Elentra systems, overseeing thousands of resident evaluations and updating rotation objectives.
- Coordinate the annual Lead Resident recruitment and PGY-1 CaRMS interview processes, including short-listing and scheduling approximately 450 interviews.
- Facilitate Residency Training Committee (RTC) and Program Committee (RPC) meetings by preparing agendas and transcribing minutes.
- Plan and execute the annual Resident Research Day, managing abstract collection, venue booking, catering, and budget tracking.
- Provide administrative support for resident onboarding, file management, credentialing, and clinical associate licensing.
Requirements
- High school graduation and a two-year post-secondary diploma.
- Four years of related experience, with a preference for experience in a medical setting.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Zoom, and One45.
- Ability to work onsite in Vancouver, BC.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early-morning or occasional evening meetings.
