Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing Strategy & Investment (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

What you will do

• Own the Marketing Support Fund strategy across the Partnerships portfolio and align investment with commercial and customer growth priorities.
• Manage planning, forecasting, allocation, governance, performance tracking and optimization of partner-funded marketing investment.
• Identify opportunities to secure additional partner funding and maximize the value of marketing, digital and retail assets.
• Build strategic partner relationships and advise on investment strategy, marketing effectiveness and value creation.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Base Management, Digital, Trading and Commercial teams to improve performance and commercial returns.
• Develop scalable governance frameworks, operating models and measurement approaches that support sustainable partnership investment.

Requirements

• Significant experience in partner marketing, strategic marketing, commercial marketing or marketing investment management.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budget ownership, forecasting and return-on-investment analysis.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and deliver results in a complex matrix organization.
• Ability to lead performance measurement, create investment narratives and demonstrate value delivered.

Nice to have

• Experience with partner-funded, co-funded or vendor-funded marketing programs.
• Experience developing marketing governance frameworks, operating models or business processes.
• Understanding of retail, digital and customer marketing channels.
• Experience delivering integrated multichannel campaigns.
• Telecommunications, technology, consumer electronics or retail sector experience.
