What you will do

• Design and troubleshoot APIs, Webhooks, ETL processes, and relational database integrations.
• Manage pre-sales activities, including requirement gathering, product qualification, and project scoping.
• Execute Statements of Work (SOW), handle negotiations, and drive deal closing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
• Provide technical consulting and business process analysis specifically within SaaS environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or a similar technical role.
• Strong technical acumen in enterprise software projects and SaaS integration.
• Fluency in French (B2 level or higher).
• Must be based in Portugal with a valid work permit or EU citizenship.
• Experience in creating detailed technical documentation and custom solutions.
