What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to demonstrate the value of the AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
• Own the technical evaluation process, including solution design, proof of value initiatives, and workshop design.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies and drive new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Build relationships with technical and business leaders to guide them through hirify.global-driven transformation.
• Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in France, ideally in the Paris region or Lille.
• Excellent French and English proficiency required.
• 4+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable CI/CD and source control platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and deployment architectures.
