What you will do

• Cultivate new business relationships and promote loan products to producers and industry influencers.
• Design innovative credit packages and competitively price loans based on risk and profitability.
• Manage and service a loan portfolio, ensuring satisfaction of covenants and sound administration.
• Facilitate financial workshops and provide 1:1 coaching to help customers develop business acumen.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and credit teams to monitor portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6+ years of lending and credit analysis experience within the agricultural sector.
• Significant travel required (70% day travel, 30% overnight).
• Experience with the Farm Credit System or similar agricultural credit organizations.
