What you will do

• Define and execute a company-wide data strategy to increase developer revenue and player lifetime value.
• Build and lead a high-performing data organization encompassing data science, analytics engineering, and ML engineering.
• Hands-on development and evaluation of ML/AI models, utilizing controlled A/B and multivariate tests.
• Establish a scalable experimentation culture with rigorous statistical standards and rollout frameworks.
• Own enterprise data governance, quality, security, and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Champion a data-driven culture across executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or ML leadership roles.
• Proven experience as a CDO, VP of Data/Analytics, or in a comparable senior leadership role, preferably in gaming, payments, or monetization.
• Hands-on expertise in building, training, and evaluating ML/AI models.
• Demonstrated experience designing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to drive business outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of modern data infrastructure, cloud platforms, and MLOps.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Engineering).
