What you will do

• Manage data accuracy and integrity for sustainability-focused customers across the end-to-end billing lifecycle.
• Audit billing statements, investigate discrepancies, and resolve escalations through cross-functional collaboration.
• Design and develop recurring weekly and monthly reports to deliver actionable business insights.
• Conduct trend analysis to identify patterns, surface operational risks, and determine root causes of variances.
• Standardize and continuously improve reporting methodologies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience in business and data project management.
• Strong expertise in financial and operational modeling.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, dashboards, charting, and visualizations).
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise snapshots for senior management.
