Salary: $111,700 - $145,200

What you will do

• Manage logistics support, supply chain services, inventory control, and material handling for the FoFTS-Next program.
• Coordinate logistical planning and support for MCTIS exercise activities at both fielded and non-home site locations.
• Oversee the site budget, including costs, investments, and staffing, reporting directly to the Site Lead.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure training systems are maintained to specification.
• Manage site OSHA-related and Health & Safety activities in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Handle purchasing, shipments, and ensure the serviceability and resupply of team vehicles and spare stock.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics with 15+ years of experience (or Master’s with 13+ years).
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Understanding of USMC Combined Arms Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Experience leading teams of 50+ personnel (10+ years preferred) and proficiency in financial management.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work in extreme weather conditions.
