What you will do

• Lead the governance and adoption of the strategic performance measurement framework.
• Harmonize business reporting standards, analysis methodologies, and measurement processes globally.
• Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to identify reporting gaps and data quality issues.
• Monitor performance trends and provide actionable business insights for strategic decision-making.
• Develop executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with approved KPI definitions.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, performance management, or BI.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; no sponsorship available for temporary visas (E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN).
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple geographies, cultures, and functional teams.
