CPQ Analyst III

What you will do

• Lead and support CPQ Commerce projects on the CPQ platform.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve tickets related to CPQ Commerce, data, and integration.
• Manage sales options and commerce-related rules to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Update systemic data based on stakeholder requirements with clear documentation.
• Develop and maintain reports and KPIs to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for alignment and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• English: Advanced or fluent level required.
• Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience or familiarity with product configuration systems (CPQ).
• Knowledge of NOVO system and/or the company's product portfolio.
