What you will do

• Develop innovative parenteral and liquid formulations for small molecules in clinical development.
• Design and execute laboratory experiments for formulation screening, scale-up, and process optimization.
• Analyze experimental data to support development strategies and decision-making.
• Prepare technical documentation, development reports, and manufacturing instructions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Analytical Development, Quality, and Engineering.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies, including automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or related field, or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in formulation and process development within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of parenteral and liquid dosage forms for small molecules.
• Experience with digital laboratory platforms and data management systems.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with aseptic processing, lyophilization, milling, or nanoparticle technologies.
• Familiarity with advanced drug delivery systems like liposomes or nanosuspensions.
