What you will do

• Define and lead analytical development plans for RNA and nanoparticle characterization.
• Design and oversee method development, qualification, and validation protocols.
• Develop robust control strategies for mRNA-LNP products and critical quality attributes.
• Act as the primary analytical lead for outsourced activities with CROs and CDMOs.
• Manage analytical project budgets and ensure technical oversight of external partners.
• Write, review, and approve technical documentation including development reports and regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• Minimum MSc in biotechnology, biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven expertise in analytical methods for lipids, nanoparticles, and nucleic acids.
• Solid understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and CMC development lifecycle.
• Experience managing outsourced analytical development activities (CROs/CDMOs).
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams.
