What you will do

• Collaborate with slots and design teams to create unique gambling games and features.
• Develop mathematical models to define game rules, pay tables, and volatility settings.
• Perform mathematical analysis to calculate win probability, RTP, and house edge to ensure profitability.
• Ensure the integrity of the random number generator (RNG) and compliance with gaming regulations.
• Analyze player behavior and game performance data to drive data-driven improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of game specifications and mathematical models.

Requirements

• Experience designing game math or similar products based on market needs and original concepts.
• Strong understanding of the mathematical fundamentals of gambling games.
• Knowledge of the casino industry, current market landscape, and player psychology.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
