What you will do

• Translate game concepts into robust mathematical models for slot games.
• Design rules, paytables, reel structures, RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and feature behaviour.
• Use modelling, simulation, and playtesting to improve pacing, anticipation, and reward.
• Collaborate with Producers, Game Designers, Developers, Artists, and QA from concept through release.
• Validate mathematical implementation and prepare specifications and certification documentation.
• Analyse market trends, player behaviour, and game performance to improve future releases.

Requirements

• Strong probability, statistics, and analytical skills.
• Experience designing or analysing mathematics for slot or real-money games.
• Understanding of RTP, volatility, hit frequency, win distribution, and feature modelling.
• Ability to build and interpret mathematical simulations.
• Clear communication skills, including explaining complex mathematics to non-mathematicians.
• Collaborative, organised, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership in a remote team.
