What you will do

• Lead the development and evolution of Group Health, Safety, Security, and Wellbeing strategies.
• Design, optimize, and govern the global Health, Safety, and Security Operating System to drive standardization.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for all Divisions.
• Provide independent Group oversight of performance, risk, and assurance for Executive and Board reporting.
• Partner with Divisional leaders to build capabilities, share best practices, and coordinate responses to significant incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive progressive leadership experience in H&S and/or Security roles within a complex, global organization.
• Professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, CMIOSH, or OSHA.
• Demonstrated experience operating across multiple regulatory regimes and international standards.
• Proven credibility and experience operating at Executive and Board level.
