Engineer, SIP (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid workplace model with at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Build AI-based tools with data scientists, data engineers, and investment professionals using structured and alternate data sources.
• Rapidly prototype web applications and accelerate the idea-to-MVP cycle with AI-assisted coding.
• Develop hirify.global’s Generative AI platform through system prompts, agentic workflows, and LLM-integrated features.
• Deliver cloud-native microservices and micro-UI components integrated with AI orchestration layers.
• Build validations, evaluations, and guardrails for custom agents and selected agent frameworks.
• Apply AI-first engineering principles while maintaining code quality through automation and testing.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience and a portfolio demonstrating functional, creative web applications.
• Foundational proficiency in Python for AI/backend development and TypeScript/React for frontend development.
• Comfort using AI coding assistants and LLMs for debugging, documentation, and boilerplate code.
• Exposure to or strong interest in LangGraph, LangChain, and agentic design patterns.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, and basic AWS or Azure cloud concepts.
• Proactive learning style and comfort experimenting with emerging technologies in an agile environment.
