What you will do

• Design and develop APIs, plug-in models, and orchestration layers for test execution across local and partner environments.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions integrating device communication layers and developer tools.
• Evaluate and implement new test frameworks, execution systems, and developer tools.
• Mentor junior engineers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Analyze metrics to identify and implement optimization opportunities in the testing architecture.

Requirements

• Professional software development experience (non-internship).
• Experience in designing and architecting systems with a focus on reliability and scaling.
• Must be located in or eligible to work in Madrid, Spain

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including coding standards, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
