Supervisor Event Technology (Audio Visual): Managing audio-visual event technology across pre-planning, on-site production, equipment maintenance, and post-show activities with an accent on large-venue systems, technical discipline expertise, and crew leadership. Focus on designing production plans, troubleshooting high-end equipment, coordinating budgets and resources, and developing technicians while maintaining safety and service standards.
Location: Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany. The role includes on-site event management and requires travel of up to 75%.

What you will do
- Design and pre-plan audio-visual event systems with senior project managers, project managers, clients, warehouse leads, and rental suppliers.
- Prepare technical drawings, production plans, labor requirements, budgets, equipment selections, and system interfaces.
- Manage on-site production, test and operate designated equipment, and ensure compliance with production and safety standards.
- Lead internal and external crews, coordinate client requirements on site, and ensure equipment setups operate correctly.
- Complete post-show labor, timesheet, expense, rental, maintenance, reporting, and client feedback activities.
- Coach technicians, support staffing and performance management, and contribute to equipment, supply-chain, and product improvements.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in live, large-venue audio-visual production.
- 5+ years of audio-visual knowledge with expert-level technical skills in a specific discipline such as audio, video, lighting, rigging, or power distribution.
- 2+ years of crew lead experience, with or without direct reports.
- Strong customer service, organization, problem-solving, written communication, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% and work on site in Frankfurt am Main.
