What you will do

• Build the data infrastructure connecting usage events, product analytics, GTM data, and financial data.
• Define and instrument leading indicators and north star metrics for activation and expansion.
• Design and analyze experiments across the funnel, including power analysis and hypothesis building.
• Iteratively build predictive models to drive growth initiatives.
• Proactively surface insights to the Growth Pod (Engineering, Product, Design) to accelerate learning.
• Create and automate the reporting layer to prioritize judgment and interpretation over manual reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a growth analytics role at a high-growth tech company.
• Experience with event-level data pipelines and high-quality instrumentation.
• Ability to design statistically sound experiments and determine required sample sizes.
• Capability to perform deep analysis that translates into meaningful product actions.
• Experience building predictive models independently without a dedicated ML team.
• Must be based in Canada, the US, or the UK.
