What you will do

• Create and implement automated configuration and deployment processes to enhance platform performance.
• Manage administrator and service accounts while maintaining system documentation.
• Develop self-service capabilities within the PaaS to improve developer experience.
• Collaborate with developers to diagnose and troubleshoot production issues.
• Champion AI-augmented workflows to accelerate delivery and reduce cycle time.
• Take operational ownership of services within the team.

Requirements

• Must have an active DoD security clearance
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• 6-10 years of experience in cloud or platform operations.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Linux administration.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, SSL, Load Balancers, Firewalls).

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as RHCE, CISSP, or AWS Solutions Architect.
• Background in DevOps automation practices.
• Experience in direct client interaction.
