What you will do

• Build and maintain Power BI solutions for enterprise P&L, margin analysis, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain DAX logic to ensure consistency in financial metrics across global regions.
• Partner with FP&A, Commercial Finance, and Accounting teams to identify reporting needs and roadmap priorities.
• Ensure reporting solutions meet SOX compliance requirements and maintain audit readiness.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable dashboards for executive leadership.
• Optimize data models for performance and scalability across SKU, channel, and regional dimensions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in finance analytics, BI development, or financial systems.
• 3+ years of experience building Power BI solutions for finance teams.
• Strong proficiency in DAX, financial data modeling, and semantic layer design.
• Technical skills in SQL or Python for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and GitHub.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products or CPG industries.
• Proven track record of bridging technical data concepts with financial business fundamentals.
