What you will do
- Assess and validate current multi-platform data architecture and MDM strategy across Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Define and implement the master data management architecture to establish a "golden source of truth".
- Develop enterprise-grade data governance policies covering lineage, access controls, and stewardship.
- Architect resilient integration patterns for Azure-based middleware to ensure data synchronization.
- Collaborate with U.S.-based technical leads to define roadmaps and surface architectural risks.
- Translate complex technical decisions into actionable guidance for executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- English: C1+ required for strategic leadership and communication with U.S. stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Data Architecture and MDM strategy within enterprise environments.
- Experience designing data governance frameworks in regulated sectors like financial services or ESG.
- Strong proficiency with Azure-based data architectures and middleware integration.
- Ability to work autonomously in an embedded capacity, driving decisions without a dedicated team.
- Must be based in Colombia.
Nice to have
- Hands-on expertise with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM data structures.
- Familiarity with carbon markets, ESG data, or financial trading platforms.
- Knowledge of modern Data Fabric, Data Mesh, or RAG-based AI strategies.
- Relevant certifications such as DAMA CDMP or Azure Solutions Architect.
